Steering Rack for 320i MSport E90

Hello guys

Need your advice where to find good workshop to replace my steereng rack. And what is the price range. My car within 3 years and millage now 92000km. BMW claim that steereng rack not covered and cannot claim as it is wear and tear parts. Is it?
