Steering issue

Salam sejahtera..
Just got 528i year 2011 recond last week and would appreciate your comments on the steering issues I encountered:
1. intermittent slight ticking noise in the steering during slow driving
2. heavy steering feel during high speed cornering (unusually heavy and tight compared with E60)

Is this normal or should I do something about it...thanks !

The ticking sound and feel is an issue I read about before. Just google "f10 steering ticking".

Heavy steering I'm not too sure bro. Good luck.
