Spare Key needed

Any idea how much would it cost to get 1 done ?? Where can i get 1 as well ?

For e30 can just get it duplicated at any locksmith. For e36 without ews same as e30. For e36 with ews you need to bring your grant to ab and have them order for you. Same goes with e46.

i've once quoted range from RM 900-1200 for E46 and you need a police report too.

You don't need a spare key, remember its the green wire to the red wire :laugh:

Oh and don't forget the coat hanger or brick, for your own version of keyless entry ...

tks for the info . Ask my workshop , those with alarm control 800 -900 , without the alarm control , 400 - 500 . ONly AB can get u the spare key ..

Update

I manage to find a locksmith to duplicate a key for my ride ( e38 96/00) . The key allowed me to unlock all door and booth , Setback u cannot start the car .. Cost of key RM 50 .00 only

At less i hv a spare to unlock the car incase i forgot or let my ori in my car:rock:

RM 580.00 for key without remote. Can start the car with that key. You just need to buy one used E46 remote with the same ID number ( located at the back of your key ), search ebay for it. Of course the used key is already been cut, so just need to replace the key blade. DONE!!

bro does the e46 remote work for e 38 model ? do u need to reprogram ?
