We will provide tow truck no for serious problem.That's why i have posted things you should check on your car before this drive. RM485 is to expensive so we are going with the new quote that i have just posted and yes all the price is for 4D/3N. Any thing just call me at 0172068746 for more info

RM288.00 per person.(no breakfast but rest included)
Those who are planing to travel solo and want to have the room all to them self there will be additional charge on top of the RM288. How much will let you all know tomorrow. The place where the tour is taking us also will be posted as soon as i get it. I think we should take this offer because it is fair.All payment will be made to BMWCM acc and the club will make the payment to the travel agent.Once all ok will let you all know when can do the payment.

This above rate does not inclusive of break fast. If with breakfast it will be RM320 per person for 4D/3N.This is on twin sharing. For those who want the room all to them self it will cost them
RM485 for 4D/3N. This rate is for 1 person to 1 room. It is inclusive with breakfast.

All this quote are from Bonus Tour And Travels SDN BHD. It is located in Cheras. From the 2 quote we have receive i would say we go with Bonus Tour & Travels. As time is getting short will soon anounce when can do the payment.

Things that you should do to your car before this trip.
1.Service your car. Like change engine oil,transmission oil and axle oil. Do this if your car service almost due. Reason this drive total km will be almost 1500km.
2.Make sure all your cooling hoses are in good condition, also your fuel hose as well.
3.Tyre must be in good condition. Make sure also that your spare tyre is in good condition.
4.Check also your front and rear brake pads condition, your brake hose as well.
5.Check also all your suspension, mountings.

3.If the car under finance get release letter from your finance and certified true copy of your reg card from your finance
4.If the car belong to a third party, make sure the person comes along for the trip or else get a letter
from the person and get it stamp by commisner of oath and bring along the reg card as
well.
5. Make sure you have valid passport.

3. 4.45-5.15am: Stop for short rest at Bukit Merah R&R 4. 5.20 am:Continue drive
5. 7.00-8.00am: Stop at gurun R&R for breakfast and rest
6. 8.15am: Continue drive ti Bukit Kayu Hitam
7. 9.45-10.45am: Arrive at BKT and go true immigration Malaysia and Thailand
8. 11.00am: Depart for Hatyai
9. 11.45am: Arrive at Hotel and check in
10.12.00-7.00pm: Free and easy
11.7.00-8.30pm: Dinner on your own

Day2:Saturday 6.6.2009
1.7.00-9.00am:Breakfast at hotel
2.9.00am-12.30pm: Tour Start

The White Knight have to pull out. Just received last minute invitation to go for camel shooting and bunker shot intensive training in the Kingdom of Saudi. Leaving 01 June coming back 14 June... I will pray for the drive to be a success.

Zillion apologies to all for any inconvenience caused.
 
Guys any more pull out please do it by today if not i am taking this list for the confirm list. Things like this always make my live susah la. Ps me to have to go to Mecca for on the first week with of june but has delay the trip because have committed to this trip. I just hope no more last miniute pull out other than real ermegency.Thank you hope you all understand guys.

The itinearary for 6 Jun 09 is as below.

songkhla semila beach,tangkuan hill,songkhla aquarium,naga,then take ferry to ko yoh,otop shop & have lunch at ko yoh,
after lunch back to hatyai hotel to rest then dinner.
ATTN: Tangkuan Hill entrance fee is 30baht per person, Aquarium is 200baht per person. ( Pls pay at the entrance )

Please send me all the details & payment by monday before 5.00pm as the room is limited.
