KL-Hatyai-Songkla-KL 5,6,7,8 June 2009
Here is some up date.
1.All cars upon arrival to Thai border will have to fill declare form
2.Thai Insurance RM20 for 1 week
3.If the car under finance get release letter from your finance and certified true copy of your reg card from your finance
4.If the car belong to a third party, make sure the person comes along for the trip or else get a letter
from the person and get it stamp by commisner of oath and bring along the reg card as
well.
5. Make sure you have valid passport.

So far has got 1 quotation. For 4D/3N per person inclusive of hotel and tour and meals is RM485.00. Which means day one 5.6.2009 dinner will be serve. Day 2 after breakfast we will go on tour the hole day lunch and dinner will be serve. Day 3 again only dinner will be serve. But if all of you want to have dinner on the third day on your own than we can cancel this dinner. For this rate we are staying at JB hotel which has good car park and also swimming pool. Will be getting one more rate soon.
 
Will post more quote once i have it in my hand. Also working with Thai Tourism to sponsor one of our dinner when we are there. Will keep you all posted.

Bro rb, hope u can make the breakdown of that rm 485, coz not all in the car wants 2 join certain activity. Anyway u know my number...

Got another quote today and it sound better than before.It is RM288 per person for 4D/3N.The hotel is Golden Crown Plaza. It is located in town center.
Itinerary:

5th Jun - Check In Hotel,Room & Dinner

6th Jun - Sight Seeing & Songkhla Tour,Lunch at Songkhla. After that free & easy & have dinner at Hatyai.

7th Jun -Room Free & Easy

8th Jun - Check Out Hotel.

Rate:
RM288.00 per person.
Those who are planing to travel solo and want to have the room all to them self there will be additional charge on top of the RM288. How much will let you all know tomorrow. The place where the tour is taking us also will be posted as soon as i get it. I think we should take this offer because it is fair.All payment will be made to BMWCM acc and the club will make the payment to the travel agent.Once all ok will let you all know when can do the payment.
