Solution for Noisy Sounds from Interior/Cockpit

Guys,know la.. E36 old cars... mine one la. so many disturbing sound coming from d whole cockpit:door card la, seats la.. mayb dashboard la.. etc..etc.. all those shaking sound when goin through those rough roads.. esp plastic to plastic sound.But my door cards, and seat had refurbished by previous owner. the seats seem noisy when i shake it, not from the loosing bolts/nuts but inside the seat!how to solve this prob? (dun tell me to buka everything and throw away.. daily car mah)Pls advise..thks

dude..what i did was buy in the leather polish and sprayed every single corner/edges where the seat comes into contact with an object ( etc seat contact with the arm rest )

others for door cards is buy in new door clips and cut a little roundy 5 cents coin shape ( using old bicycle tuib ) and knock it back ...but before this spray in some silicone spray before locking the door clips back ...

Instead of using the leather polish, I use johnson&johnson baby oil left over by my daugther... smells good too.

yehh that's another good alternative there .....but so far the best i've used are the ones from BMW itself and second to that is the Optimum range leather product ..the BMW one is pretty awsome and smells even better ....best to do it in the night and let it dry overnight till the next morning ...

wait till the ghee man gets here ...then it's gonna be ghee'ed up ...and most likely use ghee to polish leather lorrrr ....

The internal form pad of your seats are already worn out causing the squeaking noise. Only solution is to re pad the form by any car cushion shop. I did mine at Cabri Deco at Puchong for RM 100 per seat.

Yeah ghee is the solution for all BMW problem.

My e32 front seat shakes and sounds like jamaican percussion.. Needed to find a new pair but seems so hard to come by.. Electric seats.. Central cushion confirms that the rollers and pins are worn out and cannot do much. All covers and electric in perfect condition..
