Service in MSpeed USJ

Hi all,I have never try MSpeed USJ service centre before but everyone is recommending, therefore I would like to give it a shot. But do I need to call in for any pre-booking for the bimmer servicing? Or just walk in will do?I called but nobody pickup the call. Too busy perhaps.Thanks.

u can walk in anytime, but better go weekdays if u have time coz weekends sometimes alot of cars. sometimes i call him also he didnt answer, most likely in a mist of repair work and if he answer your call, the gearbox will drop on his workers head, so its a hazard

just walk in will do. if you could arrived b4 9:30a.m. during weekdays, ur car will be the first to be serviced. I did my normal service in less than an hour there when I arrived b4 9:30 a.m. during a normal weekday while having breakfast with Ah Meng aka the BOSS.

Mspeed is very fast ... service + change expansion tank in 25 mins ...
