Seek for advice E46 318i 2.0cc unreg japan spec

To all experts:currently i am planning to buy E46 318i 2.0cc unreg,japan sunroof spec.anyone can give me some suggestions on it? frankly say i really scared on maintainance parts,(cant afford later)duel too many people complain on it ..and may i know e46 318i ,2.0cc full tank, can drive how many km ?currently i am driving Waja ,my priority car is BWM 318, if really cant afford then will buy New honda civic.kindly all experts can give me all details on it,and i really thanks for it.

get a 2nd hand CKD....cheaper and at least there's service records...japan spec....hmmm....
