Here are some problem that I have right now with my ride and perhaps you guyz can give me some advice to go about it… thanks.1. Air-cond componentsAircond is now not working and one morning when I start my ride, a black smoke came out from da hood and when I checks, da aircond belt gone! I was told by the mech. that the aircond motor (or polley, I’m not sure..) is jammed so need to replace and the cost is above 1.5K!2. Power windowSuddenly cracked off and malfunctioned when I wind down when approaching Bt. 3 toll weeks back and till today have not checked and repaired. Any advice where is best to send it to to be repaired??3. Strong petrol smell detected whenever idlingThis is worrying me… is it really the petrol hose etc..?4. Front splash-guards gone…Someone have removed it and I only realized it a week later after sending it for repair.

It could be the aircon compressor. Send it to Naidu to check.

2. Power window

Most probably the white plastic guide is broken. Need to be grease up and broken parts can be repaired by expoxy glue (adradite). Also grease the rubber seal for the window. The guide is broken due to the window pane stuck on the rubber seal. Advise to use the window once in a while.


3. Strong petrol smell detected whenever idling
This is worrying me… is it really the petrol hose etc..?
Worn out hose at the fuel sender or petrol pump. it is located under the rear seat (driver side). Alternative check the hose at the fuel rail. Have seen once before the cause of the leak. need to remove the air intake manifold to access the hose clip.


4. Front splash-guards gone…
Someone have removed it and I only realized it a week later after sending it for repair.
yes, the item is always gone missing after the workshop forget to install it..

Usually how much will it cost to buy used/new aircond compressor unit..anyone?
