Reverse and hit bicycle

My car is just 2 weeks old and already got my 1st mini accident while reserve the car it hit onto a bicycle. Now the back bumper got scratches. Any advise if I should paint outside or bring it back to BMW.

I am sorry for you bro. Hope the damage is not too severe. Do it outside is cheaper. In fact BMW also send outside to do it. If you want I can recommend a friend. Just pm me.

Take it outside, plenty of shops out there and should costs around rm150 to rm200 to respray the bumper.

I find that the f30 parking sensors are pretty weak and slow. Be careful when you are reversing, do not go too fast as the sensors are slow to response.

Yes you're correct. I don't recall hearing any warning from the sensor.

Sorry to confirm Bro...F30 PDC is really really dangerous....mine only gives the continuous beep when the distance is 6 inches n lesser...so many close calls already...I m thinking of installing the reverse camera....

Prince Vik (Official Vendor) is now offering reverse camera at a discounted rate. BMW Malaysia does not offer retrofit of the camera for the F30.

However, you may have warranty issues if you proceed with installing the camera whilst your BSRI and warranty is intact.
