Rare Cadence Z6000 5.1 amplifier for sale

My personal unit for sale. This is a rare find in the used market. The Z6000 is the perfect amplifier for either a DTS or Dolby in-car theatre entertainment system. Configurable for operation with three,two,or even one pair of RCA inputs. The center channel has its own discrete input or can be phantom created by simply sliding a switch. The subwoofer channel is high current-2 ohm stable making this the perfect single amplifier for music and movies.I've been using it in 5 channel mode - 4 main channels and 1 sub channel with great results in my previous E36. Mine is in bright orange finish. Asking price is RM 1800.00 (NEGO) and you will find one for sale on Ebay every now and then for USD 400-500.00 without shipping cost. To answer a few questions that I have received :

1. Can the amp be used as a normal 4 or 5 channel ? YES. I've been using it as a 5 channel mostly.
2. Any other hardware needed to run 5.1 channel ? NO. As long as your HU unit is capable of playing 5.1 material, the amp
will reproduce the signal with the right speakers setup.
3. Price negotiable ? YES. If you're a serious buyer, we can still discuss the price.

Note : Thanks for some of your offers but at RM 500.00, I'm better off keeping the amp on my coffee table. Please do not
compare it to the many Korean or Taiwan made amps as the performance and tech data speaks for themselves. Cadence
stopped making their amps in the U.S after discontinuing this range. Thanks.

No, bro. The sub channel is not 1 ohm stable ... tried it before. I use it mostly on 2 ohm load ...

A few PM's received on this amplifier so here is a brief explanation to all :

This is a fully functional 5.1 DTS / Dolby car amplifier. It has 6 channels in total - 4 satellites, 1 centre and 1 subwoofer and can be configured in many ways. If you are not planning to run a 5.1 DTS / Dolby setup in your car, it works perfectly as a 5 channel amplifier to power either 2 pairs of component speakers + a subwoofer OR a 3 way FULLY ACTIVE setup of a pair of tweeters + a pair of mid bass + a subwoofer setup as I did in my E36. Owner manual is very detailed and will help you configure the amplifier in the most optimum way. Price is NEGOTIABLE if you are really serious so drop me a PM or call me directly to discuss further.
