power window regulator and door lock actuator

well my lh rear door lock actuator koyak on me.works intermittently.might as well replace my power window regulator at the same time.....View attachment 31572rm 70 usedi have repaired the regulator before and it lasted about 3 years.previously i was able to remove the regulator without removing the window ie by removing the upper bolt by sliding the spanner in between the window and door frame but now kenot i osso donno why...probably my hand got bigger...i found it very much easier this time to remove the window by removing the door trim in this sequence:1. remove the inner aft post trim for access to 3 screws2. remove 3 screws3. remove the outer trim by sliding downwards..4. remove the 2 chrome window trim5. undo the glass securing bolt and gently slide the glass outthen we will have full access for the regulator changeout....power window regulator rm 330 used
