E39 Power Window & Central Locking kaput

Ladies and Gents, (...weekend's finally here.... ahhh.... more time for my beloved UDM...) I have problems with my Central Locking and Power Window:Central Locking only works for the non-driver doors.Power Window only works for driver door, but without theAuto function. Anyone had similar problems before, specifically for E39? What's the 'medicine'. I was told it's major, RM 1,xxx to RM 2,xxx range of repair work.Pls advise, thanks.

My central locking kaput for my left passger door. Module cost me RM 450 plus installation. Seems that yours is more serious than mine.

hallo brother , looks like shared same exp.Mine even worse. Both rear door locked and remote not functioning. Just get the doors repaired this morning at MB One Ulu Klang.Relacement cost for rear left door pwr wdw and 2 door locks(2 pcs), power wdw switch plus labour chg rm1876. 1st time cost incurred after drvg 10+yrs e39 `97 523i. Regards
