Petrol smell suddenly occur from inside but not from outside

Need some advice any idea why suddenly after letting the engine running for 2 hours suddenly petrol smell came Out from inside but when I opened the front bonnet nothing ....E60 LCi

Your fuel pump is under the rear seat. The rubber seals could be brittle already. Do you get this only when the tank is full or almost full? If no, there could be a minor leak between the fuel line and the pump or the pump itself is wearing out. Have it checked quick

Another reason is that the injectors could be leaking. It seems to be a rare case but 2 of my 6 injectors leaked, and as soon as I turn the air conditioning on, petrol smell comes in. Changed the two leaky injectors and every thing is fine now.

Bro according to the mechanic no leaking except most likely the charcoal canister could be blocked.need replacement
