Now that we don't see policemen armed with speed-cameras under the central support of overhead bridges that often, it is ever more important to know that they have resorted to a more subtle form of 'capture'. Not that I place more importance on 'speed' than 'recklessness', I feel it is good to know where traps are set :)

Correct me if I'm wrong. From what I heard, not all of them are speed cameras. Some of them are use to monitor the traffic congestion by the highway operators.
 
I think someone posted the info here before and yes, they are not speed traps.
 
Those are not fixed speed cameras. Those are traffic monitoring camera by the highway operators.

Otherwise I would have hundreds of summons already, constantly speeding under those bridges and never slow down.

Fixed speed cameras are planned but put on hold, and the gov must/need to announce their implementation first before installing them.
