can't afford New Bmw :)

U r right bro! A brand new BMW in Malaysia, despite 4-potter base line model, for us makan gaji class is indeed hard to swallow, even for an MBA holder with over 15 years working experience holding a senior managerial position. How sad!

Actually the steep depreciation within the first few year of a brand new BMW would have some what cancel off the ridiculous duty and tax. My E90 320i almost wipe out RM100k in depreciation despite being a pre-reg unit.. to have a saving of RM100k for us working class is already an astronomical figure and I just poured it in the drain within 3 years.. don't tell my mother.. :4:

Waaaa I'm impressed at your sudden overnight improvement of the English grammar bro... we learn to improve... ;)

P.S. If we do what we have always have done, we will only get what we have always got.... so what changes do you think we gonna get if we keep them in power????

Lets try and find out if Pakatan will make the changes we need to keep driving our rides...

P.P.S. FYI...I'm not a supporter but merely taking a chance on an alternative.... things could only get better the way things are now...:smokin:

It doesn't matter who come up with the idea. If it is going to benefit the rakyat, why not? Pakatan doesn't need to be in power to implement this. BN people should take this proposal seriously while collecting political mileage for the next GE. If they are listening, of course.

I think one thing we can agree,Pakatan and/or BN supporters-our car taxes are astronomically high vis-a-vis our percapita GDP/income. Singapore is different because they have very little land in a small country. Their percapita GDP is 3 times higher than us. Its time for the taxes to come down!!

Petrol and diesel subsidy should be reduced gradually..... Fishermen were selling subsidised diesel to foreign boats instead of actually fishing for fishes... Too many loopholes and as we know, fossil fuel is NOT INFINITE, it will run out one day... stop treating it like it'll be here forever...

Just need someone to enlighten me on this principle: WHY does the subsidies need to be reduced/rationalized at all? What is the rationale for this? Thankssssss
