faizata report (part#1)

29/01/12 - Kereta alami minor overheat problem water hose to transmission gearbox tercabut.
- enjin susah start bila panas and water loss - no leaking (enjin-minyak pelincir) no abnormal sound .

04/02/12 – 1st Paka Kuantan TT

05~09/02 - TT with ECB member muhaimin,choq & cat mintak enjin dan workshop yg bagus utk BMW.

10/02/12 - kereta ke BM Auto Station(Halim) masa anggaran

17/02/12 - kereta siap Top overhoul cost RM3170. masa ambil no leaking observed (part yg lama x tunjuk pada onwer)

19/02/12 - found minor engine oil leaking (sedar mase start nak gie keja kesan parking ( already told halim – nanti bila next engine oil change kite tgk kata halim)

23/03/12 - back to BM auto (halim) to change engine oil and engine oil leak checking – change GASKET-FLANGE only. No thorough inspection perform just try and error method.

24/03/12 - minyak pelincir masih bocor kesan kat lantai masa parking. Dah bagi tau halim.

25/03/12 - went to KL ada training 25~27./03/12.

faizata report ( part#2)

26/03/12 - hantar kereta ke Jln klanglama PJ (AMS Autogarage) pit stop E46 bimmerz club. Founds- bila buka Cyl.head cover visually observed lots of oil sludge still remain inside head compartment and camshaft.- coil plug penuh minyak ,spark plug pipe(condom)pecah- paling worst fixing clamp utk oil pipe (atas camshaft lubrication system) patah dan tertinggal didalam engine – >metal and very hard to broken.- conclusion like no top overhoul even perform before.- markin utk timing chain pada luar engine like x der special tool claim BMW specialist dah ler lari 2-3 degree - semasa di AMS ada buat compression test e46 N42 engine every cylinder should get 14.++ bar pressure but 1st and 2nd cylinder 11.++ bar and 3rd valve seal dah leak – valve seal datang sekali dengan top set gasket kalau buat top overhoul – x sepatut nye leak.

27/03/12 – call halim bagi tau kereta problem dan halim minta repair yg leak sahaja (clips yg patah x jumpe masih dlm engine )buka camshaft untuk install balik condom ,tunggu part dan re-assemble cost me RM 590.00

My car @Stuttgart, Sunway just now. Notice the cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace. IMHO this is what our workshops in the East Coast should aim for; work ethics. The rest will surely follow..the workmanship will increase and by time they will be known for their quality services. And we wont have to deal with such a lousy case like what Bro Faizata is experiencing right now.

p/s: Sorry for my poor English conduct but Ive heard theres some complaints regarding 'thrashy language'. I dont know what the heck does 'thrashy language' defines to but just to be safe..
