Al,
Is there a particular reason you chose the Osram over the Philips?
And do they come in the foglamp type as well? (for E46)

I am using Osram Cool Blue, is Silverstar better than cool blue?

I saw one accessory shop at Klang selling silverstar at RM190 a pair before discount, after is RM140.00, is that so expensive?

Thanks.

Actually 5300k HIDs can be gotten for as low as RM500+ but some modifications are needed, they use Philips H4 bulbs so the base needs to be enlarged. Saw it done before on a friend's e36. They work fine but I don't really like the part where the installer cuts part of the base to fit the HIDs.
