Worried it will leave micro scratch if using normal sponge on this beauty beast.

i'm not worried. car was applied with extra coats of ceramic clear - even if they manage to scratch that tough laquer, it's thick enough for the planned wet sanding job (and any touch-up work) and polishing at the paintshop once all the interior trims and bumpers are fitted. scheduled for after CNY.
