i've already sourced for sound insulating material meant for firewall, floor, doors and roof. not dynamat however; those by Wurth cost only one-third.

Wurth is good stuff bro..tried n tested before..:)
Even the anti aging rubber seal spray are worth to grab, to keep those rubbers at the windows and doors soft. Can't recall the exact name, will go home and check it.
Oh ya, the windscreen washer also one of the best ive tried..

mizhan, where did you buy all those wurth products? the sound insulation and also the antirust spraycan you showed much earlier in this thread?

is the radiator 2 core/ or 3 core?

imo, the best e30 in malaysia when finished.

Bro, referring to the above,
the spray i mentioned is Wurth Sabesto Silicone Spray~ Protects, maintains, lubricates and insulates plastic and rubber surfaces. Pretty good stuff la bang.

just me 0.00002 kupang..

Bro,

Your headers....very nice? PM me where and how much for this?

Also, are u planning to put a heat shield cover over them? ala Alpina lar....

Just wondering if you had to modify the steering linkage to thread thru the extractor to reach the rack?

thanks for the wonderful sharing......

google for Motorsports Downunder website. it cost me AU$1200 without shipping. i haven't come across a heatshied yet, do let me know if have leads for a nice one. currently there's only an 8mm clearance between the steering coupling and one of the pipes, so obviously i need to increase that gap somehow before putting the car on the road.

i had that pleasure back in 1986. for the next best thing, just buy me a teh ais once the car is ready..

Teh Ais ka, Teh O ais limau kaw kaw, considered done!!! :)

We should have a TT when your car is out.....this car should be featured in CBT, under Me and My Motors :)

today i'm going to attempt to persuade an accessory shop guy to agree to work on this car next week, at Optimum! i need him to lay all the ICE cables before the carpet and interior panels are installed. power cable for a 5-channel amp, RCA interconnects and speaker cables. wish me luck!

deii macha..buy the cables and ask ah foo to lay for you lahh...I've planned to do the same...

Ahhhh....this is fun.....nothing less then Monster cables, boxed speaker system, plated RCA's, high AMP and custom boxed sub(S)

i've thought about that, but i don't want to give the accessory boys any excuse to remove any panels when time comes to install the hardware.

by the way, anybody knows where i can find Nakamichi head units..? i like the sound of that brandname more than the sound it produces :)

New or used? And which models? Ironically the older Nakamichis sound better....

i used to love the TD1200 mk2.. but for practicality, i'll want a new one with USB facility.
