Oil filter housing

Dear all bimmers sifu, my ride's fan belt snaps,temperature shot up,belt tensioner bearing jam up,oil filter housing broken, power steering tank broken,initially was having minor squeaks sound not aware as the sounds not consistent, finally need to stop the car midway on the road and cost a hole in my pocket,any bimmers member had this bad experince before,mind to share.

I believe it started with jammed tensioner bearing and snapped belt.. when it snapped it damaged all the parts u had mention.. as the belt also connecting the waterpump so the temp went up. Happened to me before but the damages not much.. just the tensioner..

Which part of Permas Jaya, We Auto is located? I have heard about a bimmer workshop at Permas, but not sure if this is the one.
