Thanks tom.. I think the notification is working again. Just got this message.

Just a small comment. Presently, using outlook express (yes still old fashion), the notification does not show the link when view in advance mode. It can only view when it is selected in plain text.

When Plain Text is "checked"

Email message show link is blue underline

However, when plain text is "unchecked", the link disappear.

This problem happened a few months back. Quite troublesome to switch back and forth to get the link.

For me, there is no notification whenever there is PM for me. It used to have but lately no notification is send to my email. Pls check. Thanks.

The notification notice mode is enabled, so far I have no problems with it. Just go to user cp, and ensure ur settings are correct. If problem persists let me know.
