Newbies lost &confused

Why do we always get all excited and our brains clouded each time a female newbie signs in (even after running 7 pages) that we fail to advise her to post the 'Necessary & Mandatory' newbie introductory questionaire???

We shouldnt (be seen to) practice double standards here.

divinegal, dont worry about okowlah, just come for TT tonite @10pm at rainforest sunway OK. HT place is another TT for VAG club members (Audi, VW....).

Divinegal, just focus on the Rainforest TT tonite. Most of the guys will be there y 9.30pm.

Just be there early so that you can remember the names one by one as they walk in. If you are late i dont think you will be able to remember everyone at one time! Know what i mean????

Anyway, I got to know about this club about 2years ago. Intended to join as I was driving my ex's SMG. Anyway, I lately know about this club from newspaper about your latest annual dinner &words of mouth. I have a great interest on cars and I would love to get to know more info about BMW and friends from this club.

Hi there, so nice of you to remember that I turned up just now.

But Im so ashamed n sorry i didnt say hi to u, i thought you were one of the forummer's wife. a thousand apologies from me. Paiseh of me. The worst thing was i didnt even say bye when you left. But these things happen to me all da time when I cant differentiate whether a lady who is at a TT is a member or a member's wife/gf etc.

Again, sorry and Im sure i definitely wont forget to say hi to you next time. Hope you enjoyed ur first nite of TT wif us BMW Club Malaysia.

It seems that no one has filled up their names... hmm... busy and tired after the trip to IPOH?? I saw the pics.. too bad I had something to do. Anyway, I would like to know .. other than the TT in Rainforest and Aman Suria.. is there any other TTs?? I have read the forum and it seems that there are many forummers like wmg111, calvintan, acidburn and etc.. but it seems that i didn't hear from them in my thread and also not many turned up at the TT???

Not evyone checks out the Newbies thread all the time, so thats y not many members checked into ur thread to say hi. The more hardworking ones are Redbaron and Bailey. They always go around say hi to all newbies.

Besides the official club there are other breakaway BMW clubs like Bimmers Club, E46pilots, Bimmerians, Malatbimmers who have their own TTs at separate places. These ppl are equally passionate n enthusiastic about their cars and they mix around wif their own clique. Before the club went official we use to have many other events to keep members occupied, namely Klang TT which was formerly on Thursday and Friday Happy Hour (HH) at Soul'd Out, Sri Hartamas.
