Newbie lusting after e38

Hi everyone! Just joined tonight and hoping to learn more about restoring an e38 and maintaining one as I have always wanted one. Not a BMW owner today but considering buying a pre-loved e38. Based in KL.

Thanks for the warm welcome! Yes last night checking out the 7 series threads until past midnight. The transformation during restoration of some of the members e38 is awe inspiring. Now I know which repair, respray, cushion shops to goto. Anyway, keeping an eye out and reading all I can first.
