What "popular" believe? I always put my 2 new tyres in front or rather I should always put my best tyres in front, best in terms of damage-free, never patch before tyre, not only thread balance.

Simply because if ever a tyre failure happen, you don't want it to happen to your front tyre. Why? you need them to both steer and brake wat!?.

Front tyre burst is FATAL!

Who cares about oversteer in the wet? Who ask u to speed on slippery road?

Right? No?!

Best is rotate tyres, make sure all 4 tyres has similar thread patterns and thread wear to maintain the car's balance. Then when due for change, please change all 4!

Different size tyres for both front and rear? Not my problem.. hahahaaa... :D

great link and advise Tumbleweed.

Thats why german cars are still rear wheel drive... so must look after the rear eh !
