Guys, this is a great thread.
How early in advance can you tender for a new number?
Was asking around on price as well, and was given prelim feedback that a 3 digit plate with 2 of them "nombor kahwin" (..which is just repeated numbers) is approx rm3k to tender in KL!
Seems high but does anyone have a benchmark?
