Old E46 Head Lamp vs New E46 Head Lamp

Hi experts,i just want to check with you guys whether i can convert my headlamp to the new facelift or not?Still newbie to use BMW.My old headlamp:http://www.umnitza.com/product_thumb.php?img=images/bmw002.jpg&w=140&h=105And i would like to conver to:

What should i change?Do i need to change the fender too or just the headlamp?or i can't change?Thanks.

Bro,

Need to change fenders, side indicator, bonnet (including kidney grilles) and the head lamps.
Non ori parts cost bout 2K+
On top of that, If your bumper is the pre-facelift type, you may want to change it as well to facelifted one or others.....
