at the end of the day, I guess it goes down to your personal preference and budget..some have vouched that locally customized exhausts are not all bad:

I have a full jfa exhaust setup from dps 2 back box, n zero complaints, shld not cost more then 4k i think. Very good value n no check light till now after more then 6 months of usage. They also did my intercooler 4 around 3k, which is not that good, n 4 an extra 1k, u r better off getting frm motorsport div, theirs cost abt 4k. I have jb3 running map 7, bms dci, water meth, which is a recommended mod imo as it helps cool yr very hot engine on longer spirited runs nincreases d octane on our cars, n can b turned off when ever u want. I reckon i can do a below 15 second 0 to 200kmh run.

Yeah totally agree with you on that mate. Seen too many people who went the same exact option and then later changing to a branded exhaust catback. All because at first say too quiet. After feeling and hearing the drone, wanna pull it out already.

But Eisamann drone as well. Or you guys were talking about 2 different type of drone. LOL! Definitely.

Before you take the Arma path please check out the issues with 2 users from Singapore. You can search it at the E90post forum. Make sure you understand the legalities that Arma plays with. A little research is good. At least you know how to avoid problems. Still you have to see what one Rissuan did with the Arma unit. Churns out a lot of power. Still the Arma unit is kinda old school. You need to lube the bearings periodically it seems. Check it out first ...

I'm a firm believer in the BMW Performance upgrades. Plenty of those around for you to consider - exhaust, intake, suspension, BBK, black kidney grilles, CF splitters and spoilers, and the list goes on. I do it all at Stuttgart at PJ.

Bagus la ini macam. Ada kaki baru......i recommend pergi teflon coating kan your kar.....for me not planning for any performance upgrade yet...will instead work on my old skool e30....
