need help with headlamps E39/MPower the worst workshop to go to

Dear bro's,I need help, found out my headlamps shaking and cannot be adjusted as the beam is too low. Took out the lamps and found the adjustment kit is broken inside the lights, can anyone advise if this can be repaired, a reliable workshop where i can get this done ? I was upset with the time i had to go back and get things fixed on the car. I will post the items once i prepare my sheet, perhaps someone can advise how much it should cost.

About the workshop, only my personal comments, not intend to damage their business or image, maybe i was just not so lucky ha!Well a good lesson learnt!
