Need help..coolant leaking

Hi bros,Just found out coolant drip from inner back of E46, N42 2002 model 318i engine. The coolant drip travel down to the exhaust and drip from there. Look it a plug on the engine body. ANyone can help what is that??Really wronging. :huh: :huh: THanks.

Case...if u look from the front of the engine, is way behind.

izzit the air cond condensation?

get to any workshop with pressure tester to test it

I found the leak. Is from item 17 (COVER PLATE) of engine block. Please find attached pictures.

have had the water dripping from middle of the car to exhaust after a good run for the last 3 years...always thought it was normal - condensation from the a/c and hence did not bother with it.....but in the last 2 months have been loosing about 200ml of coolant a month so it could be the reason.......either that or coolant storage bottle needs replacement.
