need advise-lower Armed

Have anybody facing bottom BMW E46 TAK TAK TAK sound when braking andrevearse parking?Forman check asking me to change Lower Armed-Hole thing,before that ichange Lower Armed Bush also no different,so headaches!Will it help after change the lower arm?Any suggestion?
