Need advice & help...urgent...Dear all BMW sifus ;I am a newbies, I just bought a brand new 520i from Auto Bavaria, Jalan Tun Razak, KL. The car was deliver to me on the 30/12/2012...current millage was 2,361km, this is my first BMW, I am very happy with my new car.Before CNY when I send my car to car wash, the car wash specialist point to me the car body, windscreen, doors,side mirrors, aluminium grill, door frame got water mark, so he approach me to do a treatment to remove the water mark, but after trying hard they only can remove the water mark on windscreen and reduce some from car body, and the car wash specialist told me this is due to the car has park in the open area without taking care for long time under sun and rain.After CNY, I send my car back to AB KL to complaint, a guy in charge of car wash and polish told me that the watermark can't be remove even he use special chemical, the sales girl then ask me to make appointment and bring back to fix the problem again when I free.After 2 weeks (end Feb), I received survey call from BMW Voice, I take the opportunity make complaint and the next few day I received call from AB KL head of after sales, then we met on the 5/3/2013, after run through with him, he admit that the car was delivered in very bad condition and he though I am buying a pre register car...when I look and check carefully then compare with the display car in the showroom, I start realise that my car was never look new, the condition they deliver the car to me is worst then the pre register car park next to my car.Below are the problem.1. Rust on connecting piping of engine, door corners and various engine components.2. Water marks that are not removable on various parts of car body, windscreens, doors, side mirrors and aluminium grill frames of doors.3. Outer paint of car is dull, old, not shiny and visibly different from paint in inner part of car. 4. BMW blue and white emblem looks worn with grey patches of water mark in emblem.5. Rubbers surrounding door frame looks worn & dull. 6. Engine looks used and worn with dirt around the connecting parts.7. Engine components and its cover look worn. 8. All screw mountings looks very old and dosen’t seem to be a new car.after few phone call discussion and I getting mad and requested for new replacement car and they refuse, then I offer them to rebate me 20k compensation with service voucher, this will treat like I am buying the pre register car condition. AB KL also refuse, the sales manager only agreed to fix the problem for me.Dear all sifus....kindly help and advice what should I do now ...Millions thanks in advance for your kind assist...9339

Looks like you are in a position where you can only accept their offer to repair the damage. Have you thought of Small Claims Court? If you google you can find some info on how to do this.

Since the Sales Manager Agreed to Fix the problem for you instead...just allow him to fix the problem and see how they fix it... if everything OK , then fine if you are still not satisfied, then you have to make an official complain to the appropriate channels.
