After all the paint dry fix the rear caliper kit. Must be done in tender but hard to avoid tearing the rubber & must grip properly for full satistaction.

Then installed the rear disc

Then installed the caliper & completed rear disc brake system.

After all front & rear brake system installed need to bleed & of course E60 being electronic freak, the brake fluid warning pop out.

Using Bosch brake fluid Dot 4 made in germany. Apa tulis pun tak paham. hahaha
Dun use dot dot dot made in balakong....

The brake servo & fluid reservoir. Take the opportunity to clean up as well.

Fill up brake fluid slowly to avoid messing up the area and at right level.

I'm travelling there end mth too, with 8 students + 2 leisure divers...to Kg Genting.

Idk, which pantai i'll be at... but for sure i'll be staying at berjaya tioman island resort... will be there together with 4 other college mates. Planning on going snorkelling, but don't know which pantai is the best... hope you can give some info on this.. pm me bro

More repairs for my E60. Front passenger power window switch is not working.

Repair the door panel clips & holder.

Repair front headlamp wiring

My E60

My airconditioning has been acting intermittently. So no choice but have to go for major repairs.

After diagnostic the front sensor shows faulty error. So have to change brand new ori sensor.

Then changed new aircond compressor.

Denso compressor using valve technology not usual magnetic clutch

Next changed the condensor & filter dryer as well

Take out the condensor & to clean the internal compartment

Old filter dryer.

Old & new condensor with the filter dryer inside

Take the opportunity to clean aircond filter compartment internal area.

Clean the aircond carbon filter.

After dismantle the aircond filter housing to pieces. Clean & dry before installed.

Actually all the repairs & mod done has burnt big hole in my pocket redy but no choice as to prevent breakdown & enjoy the driving.
Luckily the bank has offered me low interest flexi payment. Thanks Citibank!
