Next is to change auto gear oil & auto filter

Dismantle auto filter oil pan & drain out old oil.

Old auto filter oil pan

New ZF auto filter oil pan

Install the new auto filter oil pan

Fill up 7 litre ZF gear oil

Since all leaking problem solve & undercarriage preventive maintenance & checking done, clean all the undercarriage cover.

New power stereng hose installed

Since all cover dismantle, take opportunity to clean the undercarriage where possible.

Next is to change front engine wear & tear parts and all cooling system

Old thermostat & water pump. Good to change if you dont know the history. U never know when its goin to give away

Installed bearing, tensioner & thermostat

New water pump install. Need the take out electric fan.

Then installed all the belting (continental) and hoses

Using mineral water & BMW coolant for cooling system

Bleeding air in cooling system via the expansion tank till the electric fan kicks in. No bleeding nut for this engine.
