My e36 air-cond always have problems,pls recommend best workshop...

Hi,I SEND FOR REPAIRING MY AIR-CON ALMOST ONE YEARS FEW TIMES:102: DUN KNOW WAT HAPPEN,ALWAYS THIS HAPPEN TO MY E36 '97.1)When terrible hot weather esp stuck in jam the air con become hot con..even after send for air con services but still the same..2)After that my water pump also damage and at least change every year once...Yesterday my car water temperature almost touch to red light luckily by the time i in time reach my home...Pls anyone here can tell me or introduce good air con man...as l know many recommend Jalan Gasing have one very good air con service work shop..can anyonegive me his workshop contact no...thks i really cant solve my E36 air con..Plsss help...

Welcome on board.

That's a pity. You should get your aircond fixed. Wierd to see your waterpump changed every year. Make sure you get the new version (carbon/metal impeller type). I hope your engine's fine after the overheat.

whats the health status of ur ac compressor? where did you do this repairs? whats ur mech saying after he did all this repairs and still no improvement!! also check ur micro filter under dash board...

:stupid:, there must be BUG in your car if i am not mistake, it happend to mine also.. last time,
it was the IHKA/DME fail to activate the A/C compressor relay,

i check it was not relay problem..., it was............................. long story......... :34:

i know that was horrible nightmare for that car without cold air...
hot like HELL earth microwave OVEN :stupid:

Check your ratiator fan motor. When your tempreture rises your aircond wont be cold. The lower the temptreture, the cooler it gets but usually the tempreture indicator in E36 is at half!

Just my 2cents.

THanks all guys give some advise and tips,anyhow my car just took back after send to Naidu for check and left my car ther for almost two days...I have to changes my air cond fans, hold set of radiator ,inside air cond air fillter and same other to fits and total cost me RM1300 plus part and labour...not cheap but hope this time will work. Naidu ask me try first if still my air cond not cold than maybe my air cond compressor may have a problem too but too soon to tell yet this few day our weather not that hot...usually if very hot weather my car always like oven gosh..each time i have to pray weather not tat hot...hope tis time wun happen again...anyway thank folks
