The 135i was a great car to drive on the track with good power. The twin turbo 3 liter engine is one gem of an engine. Virtually no lag and the car pulls strongly from 1500rpm!! Then I was asked to drive this beast, took it out for 6 laps. Its a 4 door sedan with 7 speed DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission). In Turn 1 itself, I could tell why the M3 is much faster than cars that have more hp on the track (the AMG C63 comes to mind). The handling is superb and a revvy V8 under the hood that emits a nice roar when push to its limit at 8400rpm.

that's why my car is not boring.. drive it like a beast..

nice shots too...

Mr President,
Just one word to describe your so called 'boring weekend".........WOW

I have to agree tht it was a boring weekend, being 'forced' to drive a small selection for 60 laps can get tiresome after a while.............ekekekekeke

Here's my ordered prefference of the M cars:

1) Z4 M Coupe: very involving and at times unforgiving! My kind of car for sure!
2) E92 M3 Coupe : manual box gets me everytime, the V8 soundtrack, simply divine!
3) E90 M3 Sedan : the DCT transmission is almost failsafe and very user friendly!
4) 135i : love the seamless and linear power delivery, this car is deceptively fast!

On several laps I tried to chase Mr. President in the 135i with the M3 sedan I was driving, it was no easy task! The 135i rocks!

Wow! I can't imagine the 135i being that fast to hold off the M3 with 7-speed DCT. In fact, Albundy told me the M3 is phenomenally faster.

The M3 feels faster for sure and no doubt the faster car in a straight line ......but believe me the 135i is not that far behind.....it surprised all that drove it. Very unassuming, very user friendly and deceptively fast!
