Michelin Runflat Tyres

My original set of run flats are towards the end of their lifespan. Was wondering if anyone can give some pointers.Where can I get Michelin run flats, how much and what type of michelins are in the market. My second choice would be Continental runflats.If you got active steering, how do you do the alignment for the car given that the rear wheels steer as well. Do you need a trained professional to do or any tyre shop would be able to handle the job?Thanks for the comments.
