Dear all sifus,Sorry for create another thread. Hope to get some clue bout this matter. This happen to my father's E38 M60 Sunday morning. When the traffic light goes green, i rev the monster til 6k+ rpm to smoke the E90 for few kms. After the hard rev, i release the gas pedal to let the speed slow down. When the RPM goes below 1k+ rpm the warning light comes up. Its show the 'engine oil pressure'.Once the warning light come on, i stop at petrol station off & on the engine try to get the warning light off. But it doesn't gone! While idling the engine, i heard some 'dak dak dak dak dak' sound come off from the engine bay. Suspect its the piston making this kind of weird sound. After approached the destination, i left the engine hood open & cool it down. Once the engine cool down, i try to start it at cool start the weird sound & warning light gone!!!P/S : Engine oil was checked & its enough. Any sifu have experienced bout this matter? Worry it may cause harmful to the engine in long run.
