M50 Intake Manifold for the E36 328i

Read somewhere that by installing the E36 325i intake manifold to the E36 328i will increase the bhp by 30. Is that true?Anyone ever done that mod before?

Slide has done it. Please SEARCH the forum. and remember to search for 'Any Date' instead of the default '30 days or newer'.

Not driving fast anymore since i busted my auto gearbox.
I suspect it's down to the increase in bhp, but it may just be because i have clocked over 150000km with it.

The conversion, together with a Big Bore Throttle Body, a Cold Air Intake & a remap or chip is said to give you around 20 - 30bhp depending on how good your car was to start with and what kind of parts you put it. I take it as 20 bhp, 30 has been acheived by only one guy so far.

A stock 328 is aleady a pretty good car, messing with it only causes more problems. But that didn't stop me from trying.
