Love hate relationship with E30-overheat

zoggee, as a senior forumer you ought to be more responsible with your comments. the older E30 guys may know what you mean (maybe your comments have 'hidden' meaning like the Da Vinci Code!) but not the newbies who lookup to you guys for guidance and references. This is the BMW Club forum....NOT THE "BMW SUCKS" FORUM.

Frankly, I'm not the least bit offended by your comments but would prefer more contructive discussion and sharing of info which can be either good or bad for the benefit of all parties.

I always keep the following in my car:-

1. a set of tools in my car
2. fan belt (used from the routine changing). Yes, one time alternator belt broke at night and I did a emergency repair.
3. Jumper Leads - to start cars
4. spare fuses.
5. spare bulbs
6. spare wheel
7. first aid kit
8. torch
9. reflector
10. extended handle for wheel nut loosening
11. 1 litres of water
12. battery water
13. tissue paper (or new paper)
14. sound proofing material also action as floor mat when you want to go under the car.
15. air pump (like for bycycle)
16. condoms.. you never know when you need it.. OK joke about the last one..
