Loud "water running" noise coming from center vents

Morning all,

I have been hearing a water trickling sound from the instrument panel...the aircon vents basically.The sound does not go away when you turn off the AC, but it does go away if you turn off the entire system.When you turn the fan to HIGH, it blew water out the vents!! I assume water...walau no joke

Anyone face this issue before? How much the damage for this fix? Thank you.

I suspect your AC drains are blocked.This can easily be cured by shoving a piece of wire up the drain tubes from underneath the car.

Hi Moots,

You are right! I just spoken to Fai optimum. If lucky, it can be fixed by just using clean up using air gun to flush out the dirt. If not, maybe need replacement on the drainage hole. I will pass a visit to them tomorrow. Thanks for the respond.

Quick update,

Issue resolved with a rm25 blow job at Optimum. No need to replace any hose or part. Plain "tiup" saja.
