IIRC that's not a common size and limited choices of tires. I had trouble looking for that size too and end up going with another size.
Any reason why you want this particular size?

245/40/17 is 95Y, 8.5J rim, max load 690kg width 248mm/9.8inch, DIA 628mm/24.7inch
