UPDATE- a friend from AB has advised me to wait till F10 launch sometime soon since E39 owners will be trading in to upgrade and i'll be getting it at dealer price. Thanks for viewing guys, I'm now postponing my decision until then.

or buy a 520 and do a full upgrade to ALpina 3.3. manual.
