Limiting the size of Signature

can i suggest we have some pixel limit on the Signature posted in the forum?some are way oversized.

Yes ace, thanks for pointing it out. The genereal rule of any forum, regarding signature size, is to limit them to 640 pixels. Moderator's will look into this issue.

Dimension bro.. Dimension... 640pixels horizontal. Vertically, no one's really gone over board yet, so i guess anything less than 480 would be great.

640 X 240 would be ideal.

in dimension but oso be considerate if u decide to use GIF as signature.
We have not impose a max file size for avatar. However, try to do it below 500kb. Be considerate to those not on broadband.

I hope that the gentle folks here can be thoughtful. With the Annual Dinner coming up, perhaps we can nominate the biggest ugliest most irritating signature and give that person a fresh cream pie on the face!

i think a big sig wont be any worse than a small size gif? any animated gif causes the window scrolling to be jerky.. at least on my lousy laptop at home..
