K&N air filter

Any1 is using K&N air filter (original replacement type) in E34?How is the respond? Is this thing will effect engine life time.?

Frankie I'm using the K&N type in my E34. More response on the throttle, better pickup. Will not affect engine life......in fact save more petrol bcoz slightly more power than standard. Better breathing lor for the car. Mine is a manual 520i.

Oh ya when you tarik the car the sound also sounds good. Like muscle car hahaha ;-)

I check it before new 1 about RM250.00, original type no need modification.

Yes, 1 shop at old klang road, near nissan showroom.

Take note this is original replacement filter (just change the airfilter no need modification)

Mine bought it 4 rm300 in Penang. K&N replacement type. Selling price dunno yet. Next month I'm not using it anymore.....so next month 4 sale lor.

Wanna change engine bro. So might do a cold air intake for the new engine. So the K&N will be seating one side collecting dust....
