Is there such a '88 BMW e30 325i 2.7cc ?

Greets,Sorry if this question has been asked before but I'm in the midst of getting an old BMW e30 325i(said to be originally equipped/shipped with a 6 cyclinder 2.7cc engine). Its in good running condition, been slighty restored etc.Is there such a Bimmer ?What's the rough market price for such model ?Regards.

google for 325e or the 325eta engine. it's a low compression 2.7 liter engine (not 2.7cc) with diesel like engine response - good torque, low revving.

with higher bhp for the rarified air at altitude?

For SA market, there's 333i. using the M30M32 engine.

I've heard (and seen) an E30 333i in the pages of these forums, but never an E21 333! Anyone care to clarify?

As for the E30 325i 2.7, it should be the ETA model Fabian mentioned. I know of a forummer who drives this model. Torquey as hell!

yes , i saw one blue E21 with 333 logo at the back boot. The owner is living near my house. maybe i can take a photo later when i go back. oh ya... if i am not mistaken, i think the car is using two separate backbox....
