Guys thinking of changing air filter but i have friend of mine change to 6inch k & N fuel consumption extremely high. Is that same to all others ?OR just get an drop K&N in air filter?

Get the K&N drop-in replacement filter will do, unless of course you have other mods so extreme that the engine now need to suck in much (a few hundred percent?) more air...

hmm im not sure about it..but for my opinion..when u change the K&N, it will suck the air more than stock filter..so ur feul will increased due to the air increased :D

a drop in filter won't make much of a diff, and usually yr petrol consumption goes down.

this tread is 2 years old already , and the owner (zeneger) have sold his car 1 year ago ...
on behalf of him i will say thank yo0u all for the posting recently

Ok, but Anxious wants to discuss the topic of the thread, rather than start yet another thread, so no problem.

Anxious, no harm trying. I recall it did not make much difference for me.

Anxious, yours is auto, so stick to original filter. I would prefer to go for other mods which brings you bettter smile.

I would spend money on suspension setup for comfort and accessories (i.e sound system, armrest, HID, tinting, chrome accessories). Besides, you are not a fast driver right. :)
