Is it Gear Box Porblem??

I have a BMW525i, 2004 model E60, just bought recently which is still under warranty. During driving uphill or slope, the gear changes out of control, it drags on for some time and then a sudden change of gear in a jump sort of feeling, anyone know what could the problem be? I've gone to the authorised dealer's workshop but they couldnt find any fault.

I think i have tat sort of problem too...it jerks while shifting when going up hill?? I think its our legs tat control the gas padal...sometimes we step a bitharder when the gear never shift to a lower one but then its actually on the shifting while we step harder so it jerks when the gear complete shifting? Im not sure...just my opinion and dun flame me...cheers!
