iS chassis

got an offer for e36 318iS coupe chassis, wiring and gm gearbox from a chop chop shop at 7K. it is a half cut 1996 coupe (mileage 30K+) from japan but someone have oledi book the front original M3 bumper, lights, meter and dashboard. i believe one of the forerunner could hav booked it!so just want to know, is the price for the chassis, wiring and gearbox at 7K is alright or not!need advice...
