Hi Guys,New BMW authorised services agent Ingress Auto, received their ad together with a newspaper a few days ago. Anyone know anything about this place? Somewhere near Damansara Perdana PJ.

I know an ex-AB sales guy who's working there now. The outlet looks pretty complete to me but he said the official opening is only in April. Lemme check if we can secure invites for their launch.

Did my car service there on Tuesday. Car went in at 10am and was done by 2pm. They even sent me back to my office using their demo car, x2.5i.

Good coffee & cakes available....free..

Hi everyone:

I recently visited Ingress (late March) and was given a tour of the place. Pretty high-tech in that it's a fully equipped 4S centre (sales, service, systems and spare parts).

I was there to interview the deputy GM, a gentleman by the name of En Rabian Ab Rahman, for a short story in an upcoming issue of BMW Magazine.

Here are some other details:

1) 4 fast lane service and repair bays.
2) 14 full-service, wheel allignment and diagnostic bays (though not all are running yet, eventually they will be).
3) They claim to be the only BMW dealership in the Klang Valley to offer brake and suspension test equipment.
4) Slated for opening this month though when I was there, the date hadn't been confirmed yet
5) Main showroom (ground floor) offers all the new BMW models. Same level also has a soon-to-be-opened lounge, an accessories and products corner, meeting areas for consultants/customers and a dedicated delivery bay.
6) Another showroom on lower ground offers a good range of previously owned BMWs. I saw about 15 or so cars available for sale.
7) At that time, I was told their website wasn't ready yet but maybe it is now. The telephone number: (03) 7721 2288.

Hi,
I bought my beamer in IA & I believed I am one of their first few. They had a soft launch on 8th march.
IF u know where is curve, it is opposite there with some other car showrooms like Honda, Mofaz. Well, you need to be careful of the turning.

I was told it is the LARGEST, BIGGEST BMW centre. Also the most staff.
When you enter, the staff are all very professional, properly groomed and very customer service friendly.

They have everything in its own space and corner. The roof-top is cool and its suitable for open-air party.

The last time I went there was 10 March to collect my car. Its so new that everyone were still getting used to the place.

The GM is very humble (IMHO).

In terms of technical, Raj had mentioned everything.

Is their suspension and brake test specialized for BMWs only? There are other tyre shops around with such equipments, just that they're not BMW dealers
